Tiffany & Jason!

We had an amazing time with Tiffany and Jason and all of their crazy fun friends and family. I don't think that I have ever laughed so hard all day. It was wicked hot and sticky Friday so the laughter was a great distraction from the heat.

The ceremony and reception were at Heatherwoode, but we went to Franklin for a few urban shots. Franklin isn't a typical wedding spot, but Tiffany and crew made it look hot! The ceremony was beautiful under the sunny blue skys. Tiffany also had lots of great personal touches all around like the beautiful paper lanterns for the tent, notes from her students and the handmade programs/fans.

Got to to give it to Doug for the BEST best man's toast ever. Fornication...ahem, for an occasion like Tiffany and Jason's it was perfect! It's been a long time since we've seen so much fun on the dance floor too! Truely a great night for lasting memories!

Thanks for sharing with us and enjoy the white sands of Cancun! Feel free to leave messages for the Stephan's below.

A little Internet Surprise...

I was searching the Internet for Carnation centerpiece ideas for my cousin's wedding and somehow found my own wedding on an event planner's site out of Orange County. (No wonder I can't get anything done when I'm on the web...I start looking for one thing and end up somewhere completely different.)

It really is a small world on the web. I guess I'm flattered that they liked my wedding decor, but a little shocked to see it on someone's site. Of course there was no photo credit, so I guess that's one more reason why I need to watermark my images more. My own photos of my own wedding were poached. Oh well!

Anyway...back to the Carnations! When I say Carnations most people make a visible sign of disgust, but look at how low-budget Carnations can have very high-end results! By packing them in tight and using creative displays, the lowly Carnation looks amazing, and very similar to the rose centerpieces that I mixed in!

This was a wedding that Ron's Beehive in Covington designed. The rose petal centerpieces were accented with the balls of carnations hanging off the staircase. Carnations can be dyed to match any wedding color, which makes them even more versatile. Just a thought...

Amber & Chad featured in The Knot!

We are very happy to have the wonderfully sweet couple, Amber & Chad featured in The Knot's fall/winter issue. They had a lovely wedding at the Aaron Wright House last fall and the article details all of Amber's personal touches. The Knot magazine, as well as theknot.com, offers lots of great planning ideas so be sure to pick up your copy or check them out online!

Erin & Brad!

We had a lovely (but hot) day with Erin and Brad Saturday at CCN. Such a sweet couple! Their theme of ivory and green looked beautiful against the natural settings of CCN. The Knot magazine just voted CCN as one of the top ten locations in Ohio to have an outdoor wedding, and Brad & Erin's outdoor ceremony was both beautiful and touching.

With all the love and support of their great friends and family, we know they are off to a great start. Brad's been busy opening his Jimmy John's franchise in West Chester, and we wish him all the best! We're excited to go and check it out. Congrats and Best Wishes!
As always, a special thank you to Pam at CCN for all her great work. You rock!

Kaitlin & Scott!

We lucked out with great weather and great people on Saturday! We had a wonderful time with Kaitlin and Scott and their wonderful friends and family.

We also got the fun privilege to photograph the ceremony at our church and have Mark's nephew, Jason, as the officiant. So we got to see a lot of familiar faces. They had a beautiful candlelit ceremony with candles everywhere.

A special thank you to Anne at Schindler's for all her help. The place looked beautiful and photographs so pretty with the setting sunlight coming through those big windows. There was certainly some blackmail worthy dancing going on too. Congrats to the new Mr. and Mrs. and have a blast in Cancun!

Jill & Brent!

Sunday was filled with a lot of fun and a lot of sentiment. Mark has practically watched Jill (and her siblings) grow up and it was very heartwarming for us to see her as a bride today. Time really flys...

The day was truly amazing from all the great friends and family to the amazing venue and decor. Since Jill was out of the country for most of the wedding planning, Judy, her mom, did most of the planning. Judy even practically chose Jill's gorgeous dress. Stupendous job Judy! Jill's dress was amazing and totally her! The dress set the color scheme for the wedding, right down to the detail on the cake.

Thank you to Carmen at the Schuster for all her hard work and to LoAnn at Furst...you did it again! We also got to work with one of our fav videographers, Patty at Take One.

We had a wonderful time and know you tow will have an amazing journey together. Congrats to Brent and Jill...who now leave for an alternative honeymoon in Thailand helping Burmese refugees. We wish you all the best and thank you for sharing today with us! Mazel Tov!

Save-the-Date...really!

These are Laura and Brian's save-the-date cards for their September wedding at CCN. The colors and design playoff Laura's wedding colors and the beautiful decor at CCN. We'll have her invitations posted soon as well.

As a reminder 2010 dates are booking quickly! The only Saturday open in May is the 8th and the only ones open in June are the 12th & 19th. Be sure to book your one-per-day services (ceremony, reception, photographer, band) first to secure your first choice of vendors. Save-your-date now!

Holly & Mike!

The day was finally here! We had been looking forward to working with Holly and Mike for a long time. What a sweet couple, great families...and some wild friends. The wedding party had us laughing all day.

We had a blast at DAI, one of our fav places! Holly's champagne and gold color scheme fit DAI beautifully...not to mention all the girls looked lovely in champagne too! We had a wonderful time and thank everyone for letting us play. It was hard to narrow down images for this post...Holly and Mike looked gorgeous in everything.

Thank you to Chuck at DAI who makes things so easy and smooth...you're the best! A shout out to Michael at Furst for the amazing flowers....as always! And of course, Butterfly Productions did a great job too! A true dream team!
