Tiffany & Jason

We had a great time working with Tiffany & Jason. They had no idea what we had in mind for their engagement session, we sort of sprung the concept on them when they met us at Dublin Pub. We told them we were taking them to Dayton's finest vistas :) No one got mugged (always a plus) and we had lots of fun! We ended the evening with a great dinner together at the Spaghetti Warehouse and bored the guys with lots of wedding talk.

Tiffany and Jason make a perfect couple and we are honored to be a part of such a momentous occasion. We are so happy for you both!

PS. A special thanks to Lu for all her help!

Carrie & Ryan

Carrie and Ryan were engaged, had their engagement photos done and then will be married on Sweetest Day...I'm sensing a trend here. We had lots of fun and Carrie's laughter is catching. We had a great time...including a few beers at Blind Bob's. Mark and I didn't want to be rude by making them drink alone :)

Mike & Holly

What a cute couple! Mike and Holly's wedding is next June at one of our favorite spots, the Dayton Art Institute. We know its going to be an awesome time. We can't wait!
PS. Love the red shoes!

Scott & Kate

We had a fun time and a perfect fall day to photograph Scott and Kate's engagement session. Mark's nephew Jason is their officiant, which will be lots of fun to work with Jason at Beavercreek Church of the Nazarene. Their wedding is next June and we look forward to the big day! Best Wishes!

We are a little behind on posting our engagement sessions, but we'll get caught up soon!

The Trella's

Saturday turned out to be the perfect fall wedding! We had lots of fun with Jeanette and Andrew including a wedding first for us, which let me tell you there aren't many things we haven't covered!

Jeanette and Andrew are avid sports fans and particularly enjoy basketball. Go Tar Heels! After the ceremony we went to a park for a game of basketball! Got to love a bride who's wedding day itinerary includes some recess!

We had a blast and we know you guys are kicking back in the sands of St. Lucia! Happy Honeymooning!

Molly & Chad

To say we had fun with Molly & Chad would be a huge understatement...we had a blast with everyone! We laughed all day long, even at all the inside jokes that Mark and the groomsmen had going on all day. There was some pretty creative dancing going on that had us entertained all night too!

Molly looked amazing in her gown from Lillian's and the eggplant color palette was beautiful for an early autumn wedding. Her bouquet of Gardenias was so fragrant you could smell it where ever you went throughout the reception. The Gardenia's were so perfect in appearance the bouquet looked like it was made of fine porcelain. LoAnn at Furst Florist always does an amazing job!

The grounds at NCR Country Club offers some of our favorite vistas and we got to use them all with the great lighting we had. Lisa, with NCR, took great care of us all too! I didn't know this until now, but NCR is available for events to non-members also.

We know Molly and Chad will have an amazing time in Maui (one of the best places on earth)! Thank you for letting us have so much fun. It was great to laughing and giggling all day long!

Eleven Months!

After Molly and Chad's wedding, we decided to drive the 3.5 hours to Jennifer's parent's vacation home on Lake Erie. Starting off with lots of energy we very quickly started to fade and by the time we arrived at 2:30am, we quickly came to the realization that we aren't in our twenties anymore and that all-nighters have lost their appeal.

However, we had a great time while we were there and got to have some great quality time with Charlie. (Charlie got to drive up a day earlier with grandma and grandpa and not do the late night ride.) We did photographs at Marblehead lighthouse, downtown Sandusky, and Hermes Vineyard. We had a great time at the vineyard, which bottles all its own wine. Charlie, who is teething right now, kept eating grass and whatever else she could reach...yum.

She is growing up way too fast. She'll be eleventh months old this month. I'm going to miss her being a baby. I am always so humbled to think that we have been entrusted with this beautiful soul. We are truly blessed!
Hmmm...these look good enough to eat.
Just a few won't hurt...
Mmmm...better than mom's cooking.

Style Me Pretty!

What an awesome resource for brides! Style Me Pretty is an amazing blog by wedding blogger extradonaire Abby Larson from Boston. Abby is known for her attention to detail and upscale chic. She has been on Martha Stewart and contributes regularly to Martha Stewart Weddings, which is also a great planning resource.

We were very excited to be invited to be a VIP Vendor in Abby's Little Black Book of Vendors. I love all the ideas and planning help. The message boards and 'Ask Abby' are great reads too. With all the great planning help on-line, I would have a hard time narrowing down what I would want as a bride...there are just too many cool things to choose from! It makes me want to get married all over again...to Mark of course ;)
