Wow what a week!

The holidays are always busy for everyone, but last week was a whirlwind for us! People probably thought we dropped off the face of the earth, but we were overwhelmingly busy.

Wednesday and Thursday we had Thanksgiving with both sides of the family. Friday was a full day of appointments, which then afterward we did the 4.5 hour drive to Owensboro (Owensboro is 1.5 hours west of Louisville) for Megan and Walt's wedding. When we finished the wedding, we then did the 4.5 hour drive back to Dayton that night getting us back in town at 4:30 am. Then Sunday we had Charlie's first birthday party!

I don't think people believe our schedule when we tell it to them because half the time I don't. Today is the last day with family in town and then it is back to our 'normal' work week schedule...which I hate to say doesn't look that much better. Ahhh...the joys of the holiday season!

PS. We'll have Megan and Walt's wedding posted this week.
PPS. They had one of the prettiest room decors that I have seen in a long time...clear chivari chairs, silk linens in platinum silk and black brocade, and flowers to die for...you'll see!
